Privacy Policy
SWP Hermes Drive Backups is a private, single-user backup utility.
Data accessed
The utility requests Google Drive file access only. It creates and manages encrypted Hermes Agent backup files and backup folders in the owner's Google Drive.
Data use
Google user data is used solely to upload, list, verify, rotate, and restore the owner's encrypted backup files. Backup contents are encrypted before upload.
Data sharing
Google user data and backup data are not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Data storage
OAuth credentials are stored privately on the owner's VPS. Google Drive stores only encrypted backup archives and related backup metadata.
Data retention and deletion
The owner controls backup retention. The owner may delete backups from Google Drive and revoke the application's Google access at any time through Google Account settings.
